Plans & limits

Free is meant to be genuinely usable — clean up a real duplicate problem before paying. Paid plans price on workspace size, not on how many merges you run.

Free

  • 25 live merges per month (dry-run previews are never counted).
  • Scans objects up to 10,000 records.
  • Exact matching, on demand, on every object — and the same 24-hour recovery window as the paid plans.

Pro — $59/month

Managed cleanup — $500 one-time

  • We remove all duplicates from your Attio workspace for you.
  • Match rules tuned to your data, every merge reviewed by a human before it runs.

  • Book the kickoff call — payment is arranged on the call.

Annual billing on Pro gets two months free (10× the monthly price). Caps apply per scanned object — the number a scan reports as records seen. Workspace bigger than 100k records? Talk to us.

A subscription attaches to the Attio workspace, not to your login, so connect Attio before you upgrade.

Managing your subscription

Once a workspace has been billed — a Pro subscription, or the one-time managed cleanup — the Billing page shows a Manage billingbutton that opens Stripe's own billing portal: cancel or downgrade, switch between monthly and annual, change your payment method, or download invoices. A workspace that has never been billed doesn't see the button — there is nothing to manage yet.

A cancellation keeps Pro until the end of the period you've already paid for, then the workspace drops to Free.

When you hit a limit

  • Merge limit (Free) — merging pauses until next month or an upgrade; nothing else is affected. Dry-run previews keep working, so you can carry on reviewing.
  • Record cap on Free— the scan stops before grouping and tells you which plan covers the object's size. Nothing is grouped, because a partial scan of an object this size would produce misleading groups.
  • Record cap on Pro — softer. The scan stops reading at 100,000 records but still groups and merges everything it read, rather than failing the whole object over the tail. Past 100k, talk to us rather than working from a truncated scan.
