Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Deduptio, operated by VentuRise OÜ (registry code 17064180), Ruunaoja tn 3, Lasnamäe linnaosa, Tallinn, Harju maakond 11415, Estonia. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

Deduptio connects to your Attio workspace, scans the objects you choose for records that appear to describe the same entity, and — when you approve — merges them, re-pointing associations to the record you keep.

Your account

You need a verified email to use Deduptio. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything done under your account. You must have the authority to connect the Attio workspace you connect, and to modify the records in it.

Merges change your data

This is the most important thing on this page. Deduptio writes to your CRM:

• Nothing is merged automatically. Every merge is one you approve, and you can dry-run a merge first to see exactly what would change.
• A merge deletes the duplicate records you chose not to keep, after copying the field values and associations you selected onto the survivor.
• You can roll a merge back for 24 hours, after which the snapshot is permanently purged and the merge can no longer be undone by us.
• Some history cannot be restored.Attio's API does not permit re-creating emails, calls, activity timeline entries, or comments attached to a deleted record. These are lost on merge and are not recovered by a rollback. Deduptio warns you before a merge that would affect them.
• Notes re-created on the survivor keep their original date but will show Deduptio as the author.

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of your CRM data. Review each merge before you approve it.

Plans and billing

The free plan includes a capped number of live merges per calendar month; dry runs are always free and never count toward the cap. The paid subscription is billed through Stripe on a recurring basis and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

Managed cleanup

The managed cleanup is a one-time paid service in which our operators remove duplicate records from your connected Attio workspace on your behalf. By purchasing it you authorize us to access your workspace's record data and to perform merges in it for the duration of the engagement. We agree the match rules with you before any merge runs, every merge remains reversible for 24 hours, and you receive a report of everything changed. The service fee covers one cleanup engagement; it does not include an ongoing subscription.

Acceptable use

Don't use Deduptio to process data you have no right to process, to break the law or Attio's own terms, to attempt to circumvent plan limits, or to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the service or Attio's API.

Availability

We don't promise uninterrupted service. Deduptio depends on Attio's API, which is rate-limited and can change or fail independently of us. We may modify or discontinue features, and will give notice of material changes where reasonable.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that duplicate detection is complete or accurate — matching is a judgement, which is why you approve every merge. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost data or lost profits.

Termination

You can stop using Deduptio and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or that we reasonably believe is causing harm.

Changes

We may update these terms; we'll revise the date above and notify account holders of material changes. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, and disputes will be handled by the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
