Questions, problems, or a feature you wish existed — write to us. We read everything and usually reply within a day, Monday to Friday, European hours.

What to include
Most questions get answered in one round rather than three if the first message carries a little context. If something went wrong during a scan or a merge, the useful details are:
- The object you were scanning — people, companies, deals, or a custom object — and roughly how many records it holds.
- The match rule you used, and whether it was exact or fuzzy. A rule that groups too much and one that groups too little have opposite fixes.
- The time the scan or merge ran, so we can find it in the logs. An approximate time and your workspace name is enough.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead. If a merge failed, the message Attio returned is the fastest route to an answer — see when a merge fails for the common causes.
Before you write
A good share of the questions we get already have an answer in the docs, and reading it is faster than waiting for us. If you merged something you did not mean to, start with rollback and safety — every merge has a 24-hour recovery window, and the clock matters. If a scan is returning groups that should not be grouped, match rules and scanning covers how to tighten it. If you are wondering what a merge keeps and what it discards, survivor and field rules is the page. Billing, limits and what each plan includes live on plans and limits, and the FAQ covers the rest.
Security and privacy
For anything touching how we handle your Attio data — a security question, a data deletion request, or a compliance review — write to the same address and say so in the subject line. Security documents how scans, tokens and snapshots are handled, and the privacy policycovers what we collect and how long we keep it. If you would rather see something removed before you ask about it, you can disconnect the workspace from Attio at any time and revoke the token from Attio's own settings.
Feature requests
Requests are welcome and they do get built. The roadmap shows what is in progress and what is planned, and product updates lists what has already shipped. If the thing you need is already on the roadmap, telling us how you would use it moves it up; if it is not there at all, tell us the problem rather than the feature, because there is often a way to solve it today.
