Getting started

Deduptio finds duplicate records in your Attio workspace and merges them safely. Nothing in your CRM is changed until you approve a merge, and every merge can be rolled back for 24 hours.

1. Connect Attio

Sign up and authorize Deduptio with your Attio workspace. We read your objects and lists to find duplicates; we only write when you confirm a merge. More on connecting →

2. Set match rules

Tell Deduptio what makes two records the same — matching email, domain, name, or a combination. Rules are per object, with exact and fuzzy matching. More on rules & scanning →

3. Scan

Run a scan (or schedule one daily/weekly). Records that match your rules are grouped into duplicate groups, each with the reason it matched.

4. Review and merge

On the Duplicates page, pick the record that survives, preview exactly what a merge will do, and merge — one group at a time or in bulk. Associated emails, calls, notes, and list entries follow the surviving record. More on merging →

5. Keep it clean

Once the backlog is gone, turn on a daily or weekly schedule so new duplicates are caught as they appear — you only hear from us when there is something to look at. More on automation →

Two settings worth reading about

Before a large cleanup, look at your object's survivor and field-conflict rules. They decide which record lives and whether a merge may overwrite a value on it — the difference between a merge that can only add data and one that can replace it.

Safety, in one paragraph

Dry-run previews never touch your data. Live merges use Attio's native merge, so activity history is preserved. Every merge and every removed list entry can be restored for 24 hours. More on rollback →
