Dedupely alternative for Attio

Dedupely is a well-established CRM deduplication tool with strong marketplace ratings on HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive. It also supports Close, Nimble, Google Contacts and CSV. What it does not support is Attio.
The short version: if you liked how Dedupely worked, Deduptio is the same shape of tool for Attio — rules you define, groups you review, merges in bulk, control over what survives. The differences are Attio-specific rather than philosophical.

Where the price comparison actually lands
Dedupely is cheaper at the small end — $19 a month for up to 30,000 records is hard to beat, and Deduptio's free plan is capped at 25 live merges a month rather than being unlimited. If your whole problem is a few dozen duplicates a month in a small workspace, the honest answer is that either tool's entry tier is inexpensive and the deciding factor is which one connects to your CRM. Dedupely does not connect to Attio, which settles it — but the price point is worth stating plainly rather than pretending flat pricing wins everywhere.
Deduptio's flat $59 stops moving as the workspace grows, up to 100,000 records per object. Record-count tiers reprice you as you succeed.
What is different because it is Attio
- The merge is Attio's.Deduptio calls Attio's own record merge rather than assembling a surviving record itself, so the outcome matches what you would get merging by hand in the interface.
- Attio's merge cannot be undone. A record deleted by a merge cannot be recovered by you or your team. Every Deduptio merge is snapshotted first, giving a 24-hour window — with documented limits on what the restore re-creates.
- Lists are their own problem. Attio lists can hold the same record twice, and merging duplicates is the usual way that happens. Deduptio cleans those entries with the same restore window — see duplicate list entries.
- Deals and custom objects.Attio's own merge covers people and companies only; match rules and merges in Deduptio apply to any object.
Still running the old CRM too?
Keep Dedupely pointed at it. The two tools never touch the same records. What does need attention is whatever moves data between the systems during a transition: make sure it matches on a unique attribute — email for people, domain for companies — so a sync does not rebuild in Attio the duplicates you just cleared elsewhere.
See what is duplicated before changing anything
Connect your Attio workspace, write one match rule, and run a scan. Scans are read-only — you see every group and the reason it matched before anything is merged.
